Responsibilities
Provides administrative support for Executive Compensation and People Support leadership teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, expense management and coordinating events
Assists in the preparation of Compensation Committee meetings including materials, binders, and proof-reading
Maintains Compensation policies and procedures documentation, forms, and templates
Assists in delivery of team member communications
Prepares and audits various bi-weekly recurring Compensation reports
Provides meticulous review of documents and external material
Supports new team member onboarding and People recognition programs and events
Collaborates with external vendors on respective data inquiries and reports
Manages teams’ timekeeping and provides payroll support
Completes ad-hoc projects, as required
Performs other duties, as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training
2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience in a related field, such as human resources or executive compensation
Knowledge of company policies and legal requirements related to confidentiality and security
Experience working with external vendors and partners
Certification in a related field, such as HR or compensation
