Responsibilities
Collect and review loan application documents from clients
Structure and prepare pre-approvals
Run basic scenario structures and coordinate final review by loan officer
Input and update milestones in HubSpot CRM
Follow up with clients, agents, and internal team regarding needed docs
Communicate professionally and promptly with borrowers and referral partners
Coordinate with processor once contracts are received
Track file progress and proactively eliminate bottlenecks
Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments as needed
Maintain daily pipeline accuracy and status reporting
Qualification

Sense of ownership and urgency
2+ year mortgage experience (LOA, loan setup, processing assistant, or junior processor preferred)
Very high aptitude for learning and systems (with customer service/admin background)
Great communicator (phone & written)
Fluent with tech tools (CRM, email, loan systems)
Enjoys checklists, process, and moving tasks to completion
In-office presence required (9am–5pm) – not a remote role
Spanish required
