7+ years expComtello is seeking a qualified PowerApps Developer for a 5-year contract. The role involves developing applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, while providing functional support and collaborating with clients to enhance productivity and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Developing applications from the ground up utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, databases (Dataverse), and Power BI
Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions
Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise
Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365
Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement
Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Multi-task effectively between projects
Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team
Must possess analytical and complex problem-solving skills
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years' experience in developing applications from the ground up utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, databases (Dataverse), and Power BI
Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions
Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise
Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365
Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing

Experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator
Experience with Microsoft 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online
Business systems analysis and support experience
Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods to develop canvas and model driven apps
Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources
Experience working with Agile methodology and self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a dynamic environment
Must meet or exceed the Minimum Qualifications
Must be a current resident of the United States
Must have current work authorization for the United States
Must be a direct hire
Preferred
Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure ecosystem
Demonstrate an understanding of security concepts including access control and data security
Knowledgeable on installing and configuring data gateways
