Responsibilities
Execute strategic and complex contracts
Manage contracting expectations and ensure project success
Manage the delivery of the contract management activity and will be the face of the engagement for Contract Management activity
Be responsible for dispute resolution and SLA delivery
Handle issues and escalations with sensitivity and diligence, eliminating a need for further escalation
Qualification
Required
JD or equivalent work experience is required
Master's degree is preferred with 4-7 years of contracting experience in executing and managing contracting activities
Good understanding of a legal and contractual terms
Execute strategic and complex contracts
Manage contracting expectations and ensure project success
Ability to handle issues and escalations with sensitivity and diligence, eliminating a need for further escalation
