Responsibilities

Design the Core Experience: Create mobile-first designs across journaling, self-discovery lessons, emotional insight reports, and habit tracking flows
Prototype & Iterate Fast: Develop Figma prototypes that bring concepts to life. Test and refine based on feedback, analytics, and team input
Own the Visual Language: Collaborate on evolving our constellation-based design system (colors, typography, iconography, gradients) to feel soulful, inclusive, and modern
Create Production-Ready Assets: Deliver annotated files, iconography, animations, and design specs to developers for smooth handoff
Elevate Emotion Through Design: Think beyond screens: how can design make a user •feel• more grounded, more connected, more empowered?
Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with the CEO, engineering, clinical advisors, and marketing to ensure visual consistency across app and brand

Required

Portfolio of mobile design work showing intuitive UX and beautiful UI
Strong command of Figma (auto-layouts, variants, prototyping)
Experience designing for iOS and Android
Comfort designing within an evolving system while pushing creativity
Interest in emotion-driven or mental health–related products

Preferred

Bonus: Motion design, animations, and 3D asset experience
