Process Technician (Weld Cell)
CelLink is seeking a hands-on Process Technician to support laser welding operations for flexible circuit manufacturing. This role is critical to daily production and process validation activities within the weld cells, where technicians will operate weld cells, perform manual setup and alignment, and work closely with Process Engineers to support weld validation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Operate laser weld cells during swing shift production
Perform manual loading, fixturing, and alignment of parts
Follow detailed work instructions, recipes, and setup files with high accuracy
Conduct visual inspections to verify weld quality and part alignment
Run multiple parts per build and support weld validation activities
Perform basic testing, such as pull tests or cross-section measurements, under the engineer's direction
Collect, record, and present process and test data to engineers
Identify, document, and communicate process issues or anomalies clearly
Support basic troubleshooting within the defined technician scope; escalate issues as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Adhere to all safety, quality, and documentation requirements
Demonstrate CelLink’s culture of integrity, teamwork, self-discipline, and professional competence; perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Hands-on experience working in a high-volume manufacturing or equivalent environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on work
Good visual inspection skills and pattern recognition
Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately
Basic computer skills, including data entry and basic Excel use
Clear communication skills for reporting issues and results
Strong safety and quality mindset
Preferred
Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or some technical training that's equivalent to an Associate Degree, a plus
Prior experience in a manufacturing, lab, or R&D environment
Experience operating automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment
Exposure to welding, laser processing, or precision manufacturing
Experience in collecting and presenting production or test data
Internal CelLink operators with demonstrated performance and reliability
