To professionally and efficiently answer and connect all calls to the areas requested
To assist all business/patient/staff in a professional manner with the daily operations of the communications system
To handle all 'Codes' in a calm and efficient manner
Qualification
Required
Must possess good voice quality and diction
Working knowledge of computer hardware
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required
Must have a high sense of urgency and be able to crisis manage
Preferred
Prior PBX experience preferred
Experience in a hospital setting preferred
Bi-Lingual preferred
