Responsibilities

Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, creative channels)
Research target accounts and personalize outreach based on Reddit presence and brand challenges
Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for our sales team
Maintain CRM (HubSpot) hygiene and track outreach effectiveness
Experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches to improve conversion rates
Support our Marketing Manager with campaign execution and project coordination
Assist with case study development, content creation, and demand gen projects
Handle ad-hoc marketing requests from our EU team (yes, you'll get exposure to international marketing)
Help build systems and processes as we scale this new service line

Required

Have 1-3 years in SDR, BDR, or lead gen roles (B2B experience preferred)
Are comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
Can write compelling, personalized outreach (not copy-paste templates)
Are motivated by hitting targets and earning commission
Thrive in scrappy, fast-moving environments
Have strong communication skills and attention to detail
