Law Practice
Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Handle incoming and outgoing faxes
Monitor and maintain a 24-hour response time communication queue
Work directly with attorney to respond to client inquiries and communications
Work directly with attorneys to initiate new cases in accordance with firm protocols
Work directly with Client Service Manager to maintain real time tracking of all new inquiries from prospective clients
Work with prospective clients to obtain key information for analyzing case potential
Oversee execution of formal legal documents, including signings in person, electronic signing with DocuSign, and notary services
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree
Minimum 0-2 years of work experience
Exceptional attention to detail and highly proficient in large volume multitasking
Exceptional communication skills, with understanding of proper etiquette for email, telephone, and SMS communication
Ability to explain basic legal processes in a client-friendly way
Highly proficient in digital work environments, excellent computer skills, fast typing speeds
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive
Experience with Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat, and Docusign
Desire to thrive in a fast paced office and call-heavy environment
Empathetic towards clients and their needs. Understands we are mission driven law firm that is highly demanding of our attorneys and staff
Works well with others and encourages a supportive, team-oriented work environment
Must be a Florida notary, or eligible for notary certification, which the Firm will pay for
