Responsibilities
Create and maintain project schedules: Ensure all tasks are accurately assigned and deadlines are met across construction project lifecycles
Facilitate effective communication: Coordinate between team members, stakeholders, and management to keep all parties informed of project updates and changes
Maintain comprehensive project documentation: Organize requirements, reports, and progress updates ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Assign and track task completion: Support team members with deliverables and provide assistance to ensure timely project completion
Support project financial and administrative functions: Review budgets, vendor proposals, and invoices while ensuring adherence to vendor agreements and financial processes
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed, majoring in Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or Accounting
Strong communication and presentation skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with customer service abilities
Independent work capability: Ability to demonstrate initiative and collaborate effectively across multiple projects to meet deadlines
Microsoft Office proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
Commercial real estate interest: Enthusiasm for property management and gaining broad Commercial Real Estate experience
Detail-oriented mindset: Organized, creative, proactive, and self-motivated attitude with previous accounting, construction, or real estate support experience preferred
