Responsibilities

Develop and execute a robust enterprise sales strategy aligned with business objectives
Identify and target high-value enterprise clients across key verticals including:
Finance
Healthcare
Retail
Manufacturing
Own and manage goals aligned to TCV, Revenue, and Deal Margin
Lead sales initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand market share
Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level opportunities
Negotiate and close large, complex, multi-year contracts
Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Build trusted, long-term client relationships to drive net-new business and renewals
Establish deep relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
Provide market and customer insights to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Convert new accounts for IP and services revenue from a defined Target Account List

Required

15+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with strong focus on TCV or revenue-based metrics
Strong expertise in enterprise deal structuring and negotiations
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Results-driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
Highly collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events

Preferred

5+ years of experience leading a software or technology sales team
Preferred experience selling: RPA & Automation
Preferred experience selling: Document Digitization
Preferred experience selling: AI-driven Supply Chain or Enterprise AI Applications
