Responsibilities
Channel your technical prowess by performing comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems
Go the extra mile by installing and upgrading accessories and components, transforming RVs into dream machines
Collaborate with our service department, obtaining work authorizations and factory approvals to ensure smooth operations and reimbursement for warranty repairs
Keep tabs on materials and equipment used, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every job
Deliver a stellar pre-delivery inspection experience, providing walk-through demonstrations that leave customers in awe
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an RV service technician
Diagnostic and repair abilities for a wide range of RV systems and components
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work independently
Professional appearance and presence
Commitment to exceptional customer service
Strict adherence to workplace guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace
Credibility, responsiveness, integrity, and ethical standards
Ability to excel in written and verbal communication
Valid driver's license clear of suspensions for 3+ years
Must successfully pass a background and drug screen
Preferred
ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus
