Responsibilities
Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Manage general ledger activity and maintain strong internal controls and data integrity
Lead and review accounts receivable processes
Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and related reporting
Prepare and review complex and non-routine journal entries in compliance with accounting standards
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally to support evolving financial and operational needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred
Strong experience with general ledger management, reconciliations, and fixed assets
Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising others
Proficiency with modern, cloud-based accounting systems
