Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for the USA market, focusing on building agent and distributor networks for luggage products
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing agents and distributors to ensure sales targets are met
Proactively explore new channel resources, including but not limited to regional agents, major distributors, and retail partners
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for product positioning and marketing strategies
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, logistics) to meet channel requirements
Regularly submit sales reports, market analysis, and performance evaluations
Participate in industry exhibitions, business negotiations, and other events to enhance brand visibility

Required

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the USA market

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel domestically within the USA

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields preferred
Experience in luggage or related travel goods industry is a plus
