Work on real-world projects under the mentorship of experienced professionals
Provide a broad view of all Manufacturing departments in a fast-paced bakery location
Focus on Production development utilizing strategic project management, analytical problem solving, and managerial leadership skills
Present learnings to the company’s Senior Leaders
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated undergraduate students
Strong interest in Operations
Ability to multitask
Strong Leadership Communication Skills
Ability to analyze data and work collaboratively with a solution-minded approach
Ability to connect across as well as up and down within a respective hierarchy
Works well in team setting as well as individual contributor as needed
Must be willing to work various shifts and overtime as needed
