Finance Coordinator
Hometown Health Center (HHC) is growing—and we’re seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Finance Coordinator to join our team! This vital role supports the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and oversees key financial operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Prepare and post standard and adjusting journal entries
Manage daily cash receipts and reconcile bank statements
Process accounts payable and receivable in accordance with internal policies
Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing and vendor check runs
Support month-end close, financial reporting, and external audits
Assist in annual budget development and organizational reporting
Maintain accurate fiscal files, vendor records, and internal documentation
Identify opportunities to streamline financial systems and workflows
Provide administrative and clerical finance support as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Comfortable working with confidential information and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
