The Receptionist will manage administrative functions for the Learning Center, greet guests, handle scheduling, and maintain supplies inventory while ensuring a positive and professional environment.

Responsibilities
Managing administrative functions for the Learning Center (e.g. filing, copying, scanning, mailing, etc.)
Assist in managing scheduling phone lines, session cancellations, sub and break coverage
Verify incoming new patient paperwork is completed
Greet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner
Check and respond to company emails
Responds to questions and request for information by staff and families
Generate Canva, Excel or other related program documents to create requested documents
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment needed
Maintain front lobby space
Assist in planning and set up for center social events
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies; restocking supplies as needed
Other duties, as requested
Qualification
Required
Availability Mon-Fri 8:00am-1:30pm
Ability to 'think on your feet' and problem-solve on the go
High level of planning and organizational skills; high energy; excellence driven; strong communication skills; team player
Ability to maintain composure in high stress situations
Excellent customer-oriented attitude
Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred
Familiarity with G Suite a plus
