Responsibilities
Lead the execution of HoMEUW’s strategic plan and Opportunity 2028 Bold Goals
Serve as a lead ambassador for HoMEUW, cultivating relationships with major donors, corporate partners, foundations, and public leaders
Maintain a personal portfolio of key donors and play a primary role in major gift cultivation and solicitation
Partner closely with the Board of Directors on strategy, governance, and fundraising leadership
Lead, develop and support a high-performing team aligned with HoMEUW’s goals and strategic direction
Ensure strong financial stewardship, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness
Qualification
Required
8 or more years of senior leadership experience, ideally in nonprofit, philanthropic, or community-based organizations
Demonstrated success in nonprofit management, fundraising, revenue diversification and financial oversight
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
Bachelor degree
