Responsibilities
Source and engage passive candidates for highly technical roles (engineering, physics, R&D, hardware/software, etc.)
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies
Build and maintain talent maps, market insights, and pipelines for critical skill sets
Craft personalized outreach to spark interest and represent our mission authentically
Maintain data integrity in our ATS and share pipeline insights
Act as an ambassador for our culture and values, ensuring a positive first touchpoint for candidates
Contribute to projects that enhance sourcing effectiveness and overall hiring efforts
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting
Strong research and sourcing skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
Skilled at writing compelling outreach that earns high response rates
Curious, resourceful, and relentless about finding the right talent
Thrives in a startup or high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly
