Responsibilities
Partner closely with the marketing team to create high-impact, conversation-driving social campaigns for assigned titles
Translate social strategy, campaign voice, and platform strategy into clear direction within each title’s Marketing Brief
Manage and prioritize title slates and responsibilities in partnership with the VP of Social & Digital
Advise on and implement social media best practices and cultural insights relevant to each title, evolving tactics as new performance data emerges
Collaborate with broader marketing teams on talent social training, on-set social capture, live social coverage, digital activations, paid media creative, and influencer programs
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in social marketing, editorial, media, or community management
Bachelor's Degree
Experience managing and developing a small team
Team-first mindset with a collaborative leadership approach
Deep understanding of matrixed entertainment environments
