Responsibilities

The selected candidate assists the Performance Officer in developing, designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable data models to support business needs
Analyzes and evaluates new and existing programs
Develop, optimize, and manage data ingestion pipelines from various sources into the data warehouse. Data sources include Infor, ProjectDox, and other enterprise and financial systems
Devises strategies and processes to monitor data warehouse performance, optimize queries, and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval
Plan and execute the expansion of the data warehouse, integrating new data sources and ensuring the architecture can scale with business growth
Use statistical tools and methods to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data
Implement and enforce data quality, integrity, and security standards across the data warehouse
Collaborate with leaders from the various business units to understand their data needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
Design, build, and deploy meaningful reports, data visualizations, and interactive dashboards using tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and PowerBI
Translate complex data sets and analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences
Maintain and support existing reports, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and relevance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field; or graduation from a vocational school
Any equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered
Meet all training and performance standards and demonstrate proficiency as required by the agency
Wear and use agency protective apparel and equipment in the performance of their assigned duties, if applicable
Successfully pass preemployment checks which may include reference checks, background investigations, and drug screenings, where applicable
Be willing and able to serve as an essential employee. Essential employees are expected to report during standard or non-standard hours as operations necessitate, or during emergencies
Possess a valid Driver's License
Pass pre-employment drug screen
Be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least thirty (30) pounds
