Responsibilities

Building, retaining, and expanding client relationships through exceptional customer service
Consistently meeting or exceeding banking center sales and deposit goals
Proactively generating new business through lead generation and cross-selling initiatives
Actively participating in the bank’s sales process, including product recommendations and referrals
Performing teller and operational duties such as processing transactions, managing cash and vault operations, ATM responsibilities, wire transfers, account opening and maintenance, loan payments, and daily balancing
Supporting and partnering with the Client Relationship Manager on sales execution and daily operations
Assisting with the management, supervision, coaching, and development of relationship bankers
Training and mentoring team members while overseeing daily activities
Ensuring physical security of the banking center, including opening and closing procedures
Completing BSA, KYC, ECS, and RFI requests accurately and on time
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Partnering with centralized banking center operations to support audits and quality control reviews
Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding banking center assets
Providing coverage and operational support to other banking centers as needed
Completing all assigned annual training and additional duties as required

Required

High school diploma or equivalent experience required
3+ years of experience in retail banking or cash handling
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, write, and understand both languages fluently
Strong customer service, sales, and cross-selling capabilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Solid understanding of state and federal banking regulations and operational compliance
Ability to follow and adhere to bank policies, procedures, and controls
