Responsibilities

Launch new generative AI products and features, evaluate and test their performance, and iterate quickly
Work collaboratively with engineering, UX, research, marketing, legal, privacy, Trust & Safety, and other teams on defining and executing cutting edge technologies
Define the metrics to measure generative AI tools’ performance and quality in production and collaborate with partner teams to come up with a shared understanding of success metrics
Partner with teams across YouTube and Google to define new use cases and innovations for new experiences that help viewers and creators engage with music

Qualification

AI/ML modelsProduct managementTechnical presentationsCross-functional collaborationSoftware developmentUser experience (UX)Business operationsTechnical leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in consumer product management or related technical role
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch working with UX and UXR to define user-facing product requirements
Experience with AI/ML models and evaluations

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in a technology or business related field
3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting)
3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership
2 years of experience in software development or engineering
2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders
1 year of experience in technical leadership
