Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of business and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional polish
Act as a gatekeeper, managing incoming communications and prioritizing requests on behalf of the executive
Conduct research, collect information, and analyze data to support executive decision-making
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Manage special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed
Process expense reports and manage other administrative duties as required
Independently research, compile and analyze data for a variety of internal reports surrounding higher education fundraising and philanthropy

Required

5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, with a significant portion supporting C-level executives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Professional demeanor with a strong service-oriented approach

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with travel and expense software (e.g., Concur) is a plus
