SaaS Account Executive
Lightcast.com is a global leader in OTT and streaming technology, and they are seeking a driven Account Executive to join their Sales Team in Charlotte. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building relationships, and collaborating with various teams to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, and close
Work closely with a dedicated team of BDRs who support you with outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and inbound lead qualification
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified outbound and inbound opportunities
Understand client needs and recommend the right Lightcast solutions
Collaborate with marketing, customer care, onboarding, and leadership
Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years in SaaS sales, account management, or tech sales
Proficient outbound prospecting efforts including qualifying by ICP, monitoring for intent signals, and proper follow up required to nurture a sales pipeline
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)
Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Located in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC
