Client Support Administrator
LaunchTech is seeking a Client Support Administrator to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This role involves providing direct end-user support across hardware, software, and systems in a mission-critical DoD environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network, and user accounts
Provide in-person and phone support to MDA end users for troubleshooting computers, printers, software, operating systems, and Microsoft Office products
Install hardware at end-user offices including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals
Contribute to large-scale projects and operational events
Qualification
Required
Must have 2 years of directly related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, and servers, and/or experience with light programming, small project management initiatives, and troubleshooting
Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, SSCP)
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Must be able to move throughout a large facility and perform work under desks and in physically demanding environments
Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Preferred
Previous customer service experience
Prior experience working in a DoD environment
