Desktop Support Technician II- Onsite Des Moines, IA

As a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician, you will provide quality day-to-day hands-on and remote end-user support, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Provide expert-level technical support for end-user hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals
Respond to requests and issues, including installing, monitoring, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software for optimal workstation performance
Execute the new hires and leavers process including deployment, equipment returns, and replacements
Update the asset information in the ITSM or ITAM record and prepare devices for disposal
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4-year experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills and white glove service experience
Experience in troubleshooting issues in M365 office applications and MS Teams
Experience in a ticketing system, preferably ServiceDesk plus
