New Grad, Entry LevelCAMPBELL COMPANIES is seeking a Lab Tech 1 who will be responsible for intaking and registering samples while performing daily tasks that facilitate analysis and recommendations to customers. The role includes ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of testing processes in a laboratory environment.

Responsibilities
Retrieves mail and shipments of samples
Collect lab samples from shop, shipping, and parts locations across the campus
Sort and register samples into electronic systems to track corresponding lab data
Perform laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of senior lab staff
Adhere to compliance, safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
Perform daily cleaning of all work areas and instruments
Ensure the safe disposal of lab samples and products
Develop the ability to safely run the following equipment, perform the following tests: Diluter, Viscometer, TBN, TAN, Waters, Coolants, and other tests as assigned
Analyze samples according to established protocols
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Understanding of basic computer applications and willingness to learn new systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols
Experience with or willing to learn laboratory procedures and equipment
High School diploma or equivalent
Able to stand at workstations for extended periods
