Responsibilities
Manage and support product development through project management, tooling procurement, and product validation testing
Manage quoting process for new products, including product and process evaluation, tooling concepts, and quote compilation
Provide technical support to external customers on projects to optimize design for manufacturability, identify cost improvement ideas and ensure overall project success
Identify, research, and develop new and emerging technologies
Support cost reduction and continuous improvement opportunities at all levels of the production process and participate in lean events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
