Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Oversee all accounting functions (GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets)
Manage month-end and year-end close and financial reporting
Own manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, and variance analysis
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital
Maintain GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit support
Lead ERP/system improvements and develop the accounting team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Manufacturing or inventory-based accounting background
Experience in small to mid-sized, privately held companies
Preferred
CPA or public accounting experience is a plus
