Science and Engineering Technical Advisor
Blue Sky Innovators is focused on enhancing the U.S. Air Force's strategic capabilities. The Science and Engineering Technical Advisor will deliver expert assessments in Low Observable (LO) and Counter-Low Observable (CLO) technology, support decision-making processes, and provide insights to improve air superiority and electronic warfare initiatives.

Responsibilities
Deliver expert assessments in Low Observable (LO) and Counter-Low Observable (CLO) technology, supporting SAF/AQL's decision-making processes
Perform technical reviews of Industry applications to export systems that contain Low Observable (LO) and Counter-Low Observable (CLO) technologies. Draft the OSD SAPCO position regarding the export requested
Offer insights and recommendations to enhance advanced air superiority capabilities, weapons systems, and electronic warfare initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 15 years of relevant USAF operational experience, with a focus on advanced weapons systems, air superiority, or related fields
Deep expertise in SAF/AQL domains such as LO/CLO technology, advanced air systems, and special access programs
Experience with SAP management, foreign military sales, and export compliance highly desirable
Current TS required
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Defense Studies, or a related field
Prior experience supporting MAJCOM or higher staff
Operational experience operating either fighters, LO bombers, RPAs, ISR mission area
