Responsibilities

Maintenance and Logistics Management: Plan and schedule maintenance, facilitate material ordering and shipment, and ensure efficient service delivery
Customer Relationship and Communication: Establish and manage customer expectations, provide equipment advice, address concerns promptly, and maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders
Financial Oversight and Profitability: Monitor and control costs, identify sales/service opportunities, and ensure profitability
Contract and Documentation Management: Review contract terms, organize and deliver service documentation, and document service progress
Performance and Process Improvement: Develop and implement KPIs, provide progress updates, and analyze findings for root cause and corrective actions

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
2+ years experience with the following:
Project management experience or customer service experience with strong proactive communication
Meticulous time management and organization skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
A commitment to provide exceptional customer service in a highly competitive market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex topics to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate updates with internal and external stakeholders
Experience maintaining accurate documentation in a large CRM tool
Strong understanding of project management, service, engineering, operations, and logistics
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Technical knowledge of electrical products
Experience maintaining accurate documentation in a Salesforce
PMP certification or willingness to obtain PMP certification
