Qualification
Required
Proven sales skills, including account management and the ability to achieve sales targets
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Solid understanding of technology and the ability to effectively communicate technical information
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer needs and challenges
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn about AT&T's products, services, and systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field is preferred but not required
