Responsibilities
Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product vision and business objectives
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing, operations) to deliver high-quality solutions
Act as the voice of the customer through user research, feedback collection, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Participate in all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensure strong execution
Communicate progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure features meet acceptance criteria and drive key performance indicators
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment
Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
