Review and analyze daily fuel inventory and transactional data across multiple locations
Reconcile activity by validating volumes, costs, and related financial data
Research and resolve discrepancies, variances, and missing transactions
Analyze cost trends and make appropriate adjustments based on data review
Ensure timely resolution of inventory and reconciliation issues within the reporting period
Monitor margins and key performance metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency
Investigate fluctuations and identify root causes of financial variances
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
1-4 years of accountant experience
Preferred
Large ERP experience is a plus (SAP, PDI, etc.)
