Responsibilities
Supporting Recruiters with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, arranging candidate travel, and managing applicant tracking system data entry
Ensuring schedule accuracy and sending interview schedules to the interview team and candidates five days prior to interviews
Providing high-touch customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing coordination or HR
Excellent communication and organizational skills to interact effectively with personnel at all levels
Proficient in databases and MS Office products
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
