Engage with customers professionally, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
Actively listen to customer requirements, offer accurate information on available vehicle options, and conduct informative test drives
Address customer questions and concerns promptly, delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process
Utilize effective sales techniques and videos to engage and negotiate with customers, leading to successful deal closures
Present and explain vehicle pricing, financing options, lease terms, and incentives clearly
Collaborate with the finance team to complete necessary paperwork and secure financing arrangements
Maintain regular follow-up contact with potential and established customers via phone or email to foster ongoing relationships and drive future sales
Stay abreast of the latest automotive trends, features, and technologies to provide informed guidance to customers. Complete all necessary manufacturer required training by the end of each month
Develop a comprehensive understanding of available vehicle models, including specifications, performance, and competitive advantages
Communicate effectively with customers, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits of each vehicle model
Establish personal sales goals aligned with dealership targets and work diligently to meet or exceed them
Monitor and report on sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and finalized deals
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and deepen product knowledge
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing any issues or concerns
Cultivate and sustain long-term customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals
Follow up with customers post-sale to confirm satisfaction levels and elicit positive feedback
