Responsibilities
Personally source, sell, and close new business with new customers
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
Lead, coach, and develop a small team responsible for both sales and operations
Drive growth from existing accounts while securing new business
Ensure operational excellence, service quality, and margin performance across accounts
Partner with internal teams to deliver scalable, profitable logistics solutions
Track pipelines, KPIs, and performance to ensure consistent results
Qualification
Required
4–6+ years of experience in freight brokerage or 3PL services
Proven success closing new business as an individual contributor
Demonstrated experience leading teams responsible for both sales and operations
Strong understanding of freight markets, pricing, and execution
Hands-on leadership style with excellent coaching and communication skills
