Responsibilities

Lead and support a well-functioning finance team (2 direct + 10 indirect reports)

Serve as the senior financial liaison across operations, executive leadership, and board committees

Maintain strong balance-sheet oversight and integrated reporting

Participate in key committees such as ALCO, Pricing, and Finance

Ensure consistent, board-ready financial reporting and communication

Uphold internal controls and maintain smooth audit and regulatory processes
