Assistant Director, Business Operations

The Assistant Director for Business Operations is responsible for the daily oversight of SHAC Administrative Services, managing daily support operations and empowering students to access care at SHAC.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Provide assessment for all departments within SHAC
HR Coordination
Manage daily support operations, including: medical records, business operations, marketing, communications, insurance coordination, software support, quality assessment, purchasing and billing
Execute scheduling, receptionist duties, marketing communications, education, and outreach

Qualification

Management experienceBusiness operations managementPolicy developmentAssessment practicesSurvey coordinationCultural competencyCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

BA/BS from an accredited university
2 years of direct management and supervisory experience including ability to hire, fire, impose progressive discipline and review employees
2 years of experience managing business operations in a complex business or higher education organization
Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures

Preferred

Knowledge of Assessment practices
Experience creating and coordinating survey initiatives to evaluate programs
