Manager – Procurement Transformation
Accelon Consulting is seeking a Procurement Transformation Manager to drive strategic process and technology initiatives within the Corporate Finance organization. This role focuses on developing and executing transformation roadmaps that enhance business outcomes through process optimization and technology enablement.

Responsibilities
Create comprehensive end‑to‑end procurement and finance process maps
Identify and resolve complex process issues to drive global operational improvements
Develop clear and detailed business requirements for process and technology enhancements
Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing activities
Serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement initiatives
Establish and implement best practices across procurement processes and workflows
Partner with cross‑functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
Develop, monitor, and report on key performance metrics
Document, standardize, and maintain process documentation and operating procedures
Contribute to the multi‑year procurement transformation roadmap, aligning process improvements with technology enablement
Identify and prioritize high‑impact transformation opportunities based on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment
Support execution of transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation, ensuring delivery of defined business outcomes
Bridge procurement business processes with technology solutions to ensure seamless integration and adoption
Assess current‑state capabilities and support the design of future‑state operating models that leverage technology to optimize processes
Establish and track metrics and KPIs to measure transformation impact on productivity, efficiency, compliance, and cost reduction
Act as a liaison between business, technology, engineering, product, and compliance teams
Participate in cross‑functional transformation governance and influence technology roadmaps to reflect procurement needs
Support management of procurement technology vendors and ensure solutions deliver on transformation objectives
Document transformation requirements that translate business needs into technology‑ready specifications
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, process transformation, or related functions
Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Contribute to the multi‑year procurement transformation roadmap, aligning process improvements with technology enablement
Identify and prioritize high‑impact transformation opportunities based on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment
