Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies accordingly
Participate in virtual interviews and complete onboarding including fingerprinting and contract signing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
active Special Education Teacher license
minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience
Valid Delaware Special Education Teacher of Students with Disabilities Standard Certificate
Ability to manage varying caseloads and adapt instruction to meet individual learner needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Availability to work full-time for the duration of the school year contract
Preferred
Experience working with diverse student populations in a K-12 setting
