Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize BI dashboards, reports, and data pipelines using Domo or equivalent BI tools
Build and maintain Python‑based ETL/ELT processes to ingest, clean, transform, and model data
Enable data‑driven decision making across the organization by developing analytical models and automated workflows
Prototype and deploy AI‑enabled analytics or agent‑based automations that streamline data operations
Partner with teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver timely insights
Monitor data quality, system performance, and BI utilization, ensuring accuracy and usability for stakeholders
Document data models, transformations, and workflows; provide guidance or training to non‑technical team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
3–5 years of experience working with BI tools, data pipelines, analytics, or similar functions
Strong proficiency in Python for analytics, scripting, and automation
Demonstrated ability to build ETL/ELT pipelines and manipulate data from diverse sources
Experience with Domo or the ability and drive to learn equivalent BI platforms quickly
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Clear and effective communication skills, especially when presenting data insights
Preferred
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc
Exposure to AI‑enabled automation or Python‑based agent frameworks
Understanding of data governance, data quality controls, or cloud‑based data architectures
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or other data‑rich environments
