Responsibilities

Manage property-level AR and AP functions

Prepare and reconcile CAM charges and tenant billings

Maintain tenant ledgers and apply payments

Post journal entries and support month-end close

Generate and issue invoices

Reconcile intercompany AR/AP balances

Assist the Controller with monthly accounting processes

Support Property Management and Brokerage with payment processing

Ad Hoc / support as needed

Required

Commercial real estate accounting experience supporting retail or mixed-use assets

Property-level accounts receivable and accounts payable experience

CAM reconciliations and tenant billing expertise

Tenant ledger maintenance and lease-based accounting

Month-end journal entries and account reconciliations

Intercompany AR/AP reconciliation experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

4+ years of relevant accounting experience in a CRE property management company

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience with Yardi Voyager and/or QuickBooks

NNN (triple-net) lease accounting experience (tax, insurance & CAM)
