Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact with the OIG Contract Administrator
Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for all contract activities
Ensure delivery of all base year and option year deliverables
Lead weekly status meetings and prepare progress briefings
Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with subcontracting requirements
Manage risks, issues, and change control
Ensure adherence to NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, FedRAMP, and District security policies
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years managing cybersecurity or IT risk assessment projects
Experience managing government or public-sector contracts
Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams
Preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred, not required)
