Oversee and manage the monthly close process for a portfolio of clients
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
Provide clients with meaningful financial insights and recommendations
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants
Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth operations and resolve accounting issues
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with GAAP and client-specific requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
3+ years' progressive accounting experience, including supervisory/management roles
Solid GAAP expertise and multi-entity accounting background
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Bill, etc.)
Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Preferred
CPA and Masters strongly preferred
