Responsibilities
Go onsite and work closely with customer analysts and stakeholders to understand critical questions and pain points
Identify and assess relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer workflows
Partner with engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines
Design and build bespoke workflows for new user groups
Lead training sessions to ensure the product is adopted, understood, and driving real impact
Present results and future recommendations to audiences ranging from analysts to senior leadership
Feed real-world insights back into product and engineering teams to shape future offerings
Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers
Help scope potential engagements across new industries and geographies
Qualification
Required
Top Secret clearance
Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments
Curious, analytical mindset with strong user empathy
Adaptability to learn, teach, lead, and follow as needed
Low ego and a strong sense of ownership
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred
Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL, MATLAB)
Background in logistics, operations, supply chain, aviation, readiness, or similar analytical domains
