Responsibilities

Converting requirements for an AI-based product knowledge tool into a structured project plan
Identifying and refining methods to link existing product information to an AI-based knowledge base
Loading data and conducting test runs with potential system users
Creating a process to maintain up-to-date information within the knowledge base
Supporting data cleanup and working with stakeholders to identify and collect data sources
Executing and managing the project end-to-end to deliver a working knowledge base tool

Required

Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Computer Science. Candidates must not graduate prior to September 2026
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the 12-week summer internship
Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes
Knowledge of AI tools and language models
Data analysis experience
Eligible candidates must be located within 50 miles of Wendell, NC, as this role does not provide relocation support
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

Written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing to document processes and system usage
Project management skills, including planning, executing, and managing project-based work
