Head of Business Development
Atrium Music is a boutique sync, publishing, and creative services company representing a global roster of exceptional artists and composers. They are seeking a Head of Business Development to drive revenue, expand partnerships, and open doors for music placement and sync licensing across various media. This role involves vision, leadership, and execution to support the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Driving new business through sync licensing, brand partnerships, and strategic alliances
Building and maintaining strong relationships with music supervisors, producers, brands, agencies, and networks, etc
Creating new placement and partnership opportunities for Atrium’s artists through thoughtful, proactive outreach
Working closely with the Founder on growth strategy, partnerships, and deal execution
Representing Atrium with professionalism, creativity, and integrity in every interaction
Helping shape and execute Atrium’s long term business development vision
Qualification
Required
You have an extensive music background
Deeply passionate about music and the creative community
Experienced in the music industry (sync, licensing, publishing, labels, brands, or agencies)
Brings existing industry relationships and a strong professional reputation
High agency, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without hand-holding
Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute
Have an exceptional gift at multitasking, management and delegation
Relational, trustworthy, and aligned with an artist-first philosophy
Excited about leadership, mentoring and learning
You are comfortable working in a values driven organization where purpose and integrity inform leadership and culture
