Responsibilities
Prospect and convert leads (both inbound and outbound)
Conduct buyer and seller consultations
Negotiate contracts
Attend weekly coaching and team meetings
Follow daily prospecting standards
Deliver Four Seasons-level client service
Qualification
Required
Active Massachusetts real estate license
Licensed Massachusetts agents currently solo or with another team
Closing deals but know you're leaving money on the table without better systems
Tired of doing everything yourself (lead gen, marketing, admin, transaction coordination)
Understand real estate is consultative sales: educating and challenging clients, not just agreeing with everyone
Full-time commitment with schedule flexibility (sometimes you'll work evenings/weekends for clients, but this is your primary career)
